So here’s the deal: In our development cycles or sprints, project managers get commitments from every team member. The great thing about this? You decide what you commit to and what you don’t. We’re all about clear goals in a fixed timeframe. How and when you schedule your work is entirely up to you. Who knows your way of working better than you? But a small hint: If you arrange a meeting with other colleagues, that is of course binding. Transferring people? That’s just not cool.

Absolutely! We have zero guidelines regarding home office or office work. You decide for yourself when and where you’re most productive. Up for spending a few months in Spain and working from there? No problem with Titanom!

However, we are convinced that our main goals – empowering our users with our software and personal development – are often best achieved on site in direct exchange with the team. Humans are communal creatures. Exchanging ideas only via the screen? That can’t always be it. We strive to create an office environment so cool that you just want to be here. But, and this is important to us: it’s your choice. If it doesn’t come willingly, it has no value to us.

For us, it really depends on the project. But here’s a little insight: We believe that solid programming skills are not necessarily tied to a specific language or framework. We’re all about the deeper understanding and skills you bring to the table. That said, for formal salary ranking purposes, we’ve put a focus on JavaScript and Next.JS in particular. And the coolest part? With us, you’ll get paid to learn and master this technology stack.

The size of our teams depends heavily on the development phase of the respective product. Here’s a quick overview so you can get an idea:

PoC Phase (Proof of Concept): Here we are quite agile and flexible. In this crucial initial phase, a team usually consists of 1-2 members who develop and test the concept.

MVP (Minimal Viable Product) phase: once we have settled on the core of the product, the team expands to 2-4 members. The goal here is to create a working prototype that will be tested in the marketplace.

Product going live: Here we go! When the product goes live, we’re there with a team of 5 or more to make sure everything runs smoothly.

It is important that different competencies are required depending on the phase. Thus, we guarantee that the right experts are at the starting line in each development phase.

Our most valuable asset at Titanom is our team. We firmly believe that long-term collaboration is the key to success. This also means that we invest massively in the training and development of our employees. Therefore, it is important for us to emphasize that we do not work with external freelancers or outsourcing companies when it comes to software development. We are concerned with keeping the know-how and expertise in-house.

However, there are of course areas that are not part of our core competence, product development. In such cases, such as office relocation or craft tasks, we rely on cooperation with external companies or freelance experts. Because here, too, we want the best results – and sometimes that means bringing in expertise from outside.

Sure, Titanom isn’t just about the monthly paycheck! You have the opportunity to exchange part of your earnings for VSOPs, which give you a stake in the company. The cool thing about this is that you benefit directly from the growth of the company, and that growth is driven by your own efforts. We believe that not only the founders, but the entire team should share in the success. This is an integral part of our transparent and fair salary policy.

Yes, at Titanom we not only take the workday to the next level, but also cohabitation! We’ve launched several shared apartments right near the office.
